Hello guys, I´ve notice a level drop with all blocks bypassed (about 4-5 dbs) when use the Output 2 (via FXL) to feed my amp comparing to feeding the amp directly with the guitar. I used to think that turning all the way up the out 2 frontal volume knob was the way to get the same signal in the input and the output. I don´t use amp or cab blocks, just drive,delay,comp,..and of course the FXL blockto feed the amp. I have search the forum and the more I read the more confused I get... My settings are:
Instr. level: 70%
Input 1: 0%
Input 2: 0%
Output 2 boost/pad: 0
Drive block: Input left only
Everything else at default
Cliff said that out 2 konb at max. is only for the 4CM... On the other hand I´ve seen in the forum that this drop is by design (6dbs)..If so, what is the apropiate way to compensate? (I use global 2 eq to add a few dbs)
