You wouldn’t load a preset using the front panel so that wouldn’t be part of the issue in this thread.

Not this specific workflow, but I just recently overwrote a preset I'd been working on while working on the Axe itself.

Snapshots on the unit would be helpful, but I get why they don't exist. So would the ability to lock selected presets so they can't be overwrote without unlocking them first.

I have OCD and back-up on no less then 5 ext HD's.I have this retarded checklist in my head for everything I do........even how I turn off all my lights in my house in sequence every night.Thank Jebus i'm not one of those door knob touchers I see in OCD videos.I do have it though and it saved my ass more times then I can count.

I've never set up a tour without cloud backups. The easiest possible way to do this is to email the files to yourself.

the cool thing is that the backup files are really small, so they don't take up much storage, so even a free dropbox account can handle tons of backups, or email as mentioned above can work.

Wherever you have axe edit telling them to. Check settings in axe edit.
