Pitch block: set voices 1 and 2 to different pitches. Set voice 2 level to 0%: the voice 2 is still heard, if it has feedback any other than 0%.

Using pitch input mode = stereo will avoid this.

If it's not clear what happened, mono input mode sends any feedback to the input of both voices. So you heard voice 2's output being sent through voice 1. The manual's Fixed Harm. diagram is accurate for stereo input mode, but not mono.
