Noise when USB reamping..

So I noticed a thread like this has been posted before but I'm getting really bad noise when doing USB reamping. I heard something about a ground loop occurring when using mixed power sources. However, I have everything plugged into the same power strip and I'm still getting a ton of noise when setting the axe to usb. Any idea of what could be happening?

Can you post a link to the other similar thread?

Are you soloing the DI track for reamping?

Does the noise occur as soon as you switch main input source to USB?

Is the noise present when listening to the reamp recording?

Can you post a preset, clip of the DI, reamp recording through that preset?

Yes

Yes

It gets covered up a lot but I can still hear it in the back

The presets/DI aren't the problem I'm certain.

*UPDATE*

I was able to get rid of the noise by disabling some plugins in my session. I don't know why this works but it does. Is it advised to not use any plugins when reamping?

It might be advisable to figure out which plugin was causing the problem.
