No output from output 2

Hi Guys. I got my Axefx Ultra today and i'm having an absolute blast so far. I hooked it upto my stereo system via balanced XLR's from Output 1 and it worked a charm, however when i tried to hook it upto my Marshall EL84 power amp and cab via Output 2 (unbalanced 1/4 jacks) i couldn't get any volume whatsoever!!

It worked fine using the 1/4 outputs from Output 1, but nothing from Output 2...any advice on what ya think i'm doing wrong? Is there some setting i need to look at? I was going stereo by the way..

you have to make sure in your axe settings somewhere that Copy Out1 to Out 2 is turned on i forget where it is but i think it's in the I/O menu
