No Input Levels on New AXE-FX III

Just got my brand-new Axe-FX III (direct from FA). Boots up fine but I'm not a getting any movement of the input level lights (and hence no sound). I tried both the front and rear Instrument inputs to no avail. Guitar and cables are all good as I was just playing them through my AX8 set-up.

I opened a ticket with FA but any suggestions in the meantime? It's killing me not be able to run it. Thanks

Make sure global audio
on input1 is set to an analogue setting and input sensitivity is not set to 0

Glad you found your fix! Had a similar experience recently (non Fractal). I had simply forgot to turn the volume knob up on the guitar; really felt like an idiot when finally found it.
