Finally snagged myself a nice strat. I've got a MIM one but not really much of a comparison between the two. Didn't think I'd buy a relic but the feel on this just snuck up on me.

I have a (black) nash s57 aswel (before they started to put logo's on them, lol). Great guitar. Mine had lollars blondes in them, kinmans woodstock nowadays. Both great pups. Enjoy it!

It sounds awesome! I love the Fat V neck on it. I have been mainly a humbucker guy for my gigs, always used my PRS custom 22. What's crazy is this strat has more bass than my PRS. Very warm tone. This one has Lollars in it. I mainly bought it because of the feel and playability. I've never had a guitar with such low output pickups either so I had to turn my input level up to 100 and it still doesn't clip. I'm thinking of assigning a switch to input trim in all my amp blocks so that I can switch between my PRS and the strat. Its new to me so I've got some tweaking to do to my patches. I must say in the store I played it through a Suhr Badger 30 and Vox AC30 TB. Those amps felt good I must say. It was a fun time.
