Hi guys, I work at a guitar store and we just recently got hold of a ESP Eclipse
I was the one who picked which model, but I didn't have any intention of buying it. After it arrived I fired up a EVH 5150 and played the guitar for 5 minutes and I was sold!
Wow what a guitar! I said to my boss right away "Screw this, I'm keeping it for myself!"
It features a Mahogany neck and body, ebony fretboard and a set of EMG 81/60
This thing is more lighter than a regular Gibson Les paul (which I happen to own two of)
I cannot believe how much I've fallen in love in this guitar
I heard some rumors that these Japan made ESP's are the last ones left because ESP is "re-branding"?
Something about ESP is now only made in US and the japan ESP's are now called E-II. Ugly logo if you ask me.
Oh well, I hope I'll have the time to upload a few clips of me playing this beauty!
