GOt myself a Blackat 7 String. Lets run down some specs:

The toggle switch switches the merrows from voice 1 to voice 2. The middle position on the 3 way switch defaults to the middle split coil sound no matter what voice you are in. I am not 100% sure on the radius but is is pretty flat, which honestly hasnt bothered me at all. The guitar itself isnt very flashy, nor does it have a top that will make the djent kids jizz in their pants but the guitar plays and sounds well. I have a set of elixir 10-59s on it and it does well in Drop Ab.

This is my first guitar with the merrows and they are very awesome. The bridge is sorta dark in nature and the neck itself is just a fluence classic. They can do tech death very well, and they can also djent believe it or not. They also dont really "feel" like active pickups persay. I find myself staying on voice one most of the time. The tosins are pretty much the perfect "Djent" type pickup, meaning the tend to focus on the 1200hz range and are very clean and tight overall, while the Merrows are just dirty and "looser" is that makes sense. Both are really good and I am glad I have guitars with both of them.
