Since I purchased my Silver Sky, the Tele was just not getting any love. Put it out there on Reverb, and a guy locally asked if I wanted to do a trade.
He had a couple guitars, a Gretsch, a NICE Gibby 347 (I would have had to shell out a bit more to make that trade,) and a 2004 LP Classic. He came over, loved the Nash Tele, and the LP played so nice I figured what the hell. My counterpart believes it's a 2004, and I can't seem to figure out Gibson's incomprehensible numbering system. (043XXX on there.)
Who gives a sh!te. It plays great. It sounded a little dark at low volumes, then cranked it, and was treated to a mean lovely growl.
Woo hoo!
