NGD - 1973 Les Paul Custom

Admittedly, I'm not really a Les Paul guy. I'm more of a Fender guy, specifically Telecasters. But I thought I was overdue to get a proper Les Paul and see what the fuss is all about. This bad boy fit the bill perfectly with what I like to find in vintage guitars, not 100% original, but close enough for my tastes and still affordable. It had a headstock repair and a refret, so the price was right. The headstock repair looks spectacular, and the frets feel great. It still has the original T-Top pickups. I haven't plugged it it yet, but so far it's been a blast to play.

I was born in 1971, but my wife was born in 1973. Our 20th anniversary is next week, so I tried to convince her that this was an anniversary related purchase.
