I guess a hint is in order... the company also makes amplifiers and recently suffered from a fire at their warehouse.
 
New and blemishless, naturally worn (2nd hand), or artificially and expensively spoiled? :D

Overall pretty happy with it. It was roasting hot when I opened the box from UPS and setup is a bit off but fretwork is great. I coulda done without the relicing but you can’t buy one without. At least it doesn’t have hammer marks all over it.
 
Happy NGD! I don't dig the relic thing either, but I have never heard anything but glowing praise for Friedman guitars so I'll bet it is a great player.
