I love the guitar tones of Breaking Benjamin, even if I don't like their music all that much.
This is a tone match for the main guitar from the song "Diary of Jane."
Breaking Benjamin has a nice modern heavy rock guitar sound.
I used the jammit.com service to get the solo'd guitar track. It cost $3.
I read that the amps most likely used on this song were Marshall TSL and/or a Randall RM-100.
I am not aware of a direct amp model for either of these amps in the stock AxeFX II - so I chose the PVH 6160 amp model.
The guitar that I tone-matched with is an Ibanez RG. I used the neck humbucker - the pickups are passive.
The results were fantastic. Tone Match wins again. With my guitar, the match was perfect.
(note: later I tried the tone with a heavier ESP mahogany-body guitar with active EMG pickups and the tone was not as perfect. You may want to roll back the gain a little if your active pickups are too much for the patch.)
<<I make no claims to be a guitar goddess. This is just my humble attempt. Enjoy.>>
