Hi all!
I want to share with you this discovery. I've been using irs with my rcf nx 12 sma monitors and sounds great , but still sounds like a miked amp ...., so I've tried to use low-pass filters, and it sounds really awesome! just amp in the room! With a few adjustments you can have a huge real amp sound. For live shows, you can send your ir sound to the foh (output 1 or 2), and tweak your sound for stage sounding great! you can simulate a guitar speaker just copying the curve with the paraeq (v30, ev12l ...etc etc ) ....incredible sound!:mrgreen

try it!

Cheers!

Ok, that's a low-pass (hi-cut). You're using JUST the filter, NO cab block, right?
That's a viable option, although when I tested that in the past I preferred the colour of speaker IRs, I might try that again.
If you're using it WITH a cab block you can use the hi-/lo-pass filter in the cab block...

yeah! What Irs are you using? I prefer the feel of the low-pass filter, more natural amp sound and feel for me.
