We can assume it will be compatible with FC Controller, to expand functionalities IF needed. Then, it will generate more sales of FC units. Like you said, it's a good thing to reduce costs and make it more affordable these days.
And why did Andy have a virtual pedalboard mounted on an actual pedalboard?
The FM9 and the AXE FX III even have two amp blocks
Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t see the need for scribble strips. Lights are fine.
For me it depends on the display and if it shows which effects are assigned to each pedal.
That’s a fair point. Generally seeing the scene names isn’t terribly useful since it’s usually on the screen, but it’s a good point that the scribble strips can be used for many things.
Ohhhh...if that has effects and a looper, it's on my Xmas list (in case one of you want to get it for me)....
