New CPU How To Move FX8 Files From Old CPU?

Old cpu is pooping out. I have transferred all files to new cpu, but I when open FX8 edit, it does not connect and I see no files?
How do I build a new path?

Sorry... Looks like maybe I was wrong. I don't see any drivers for FX8 or AX8.

I assumed that they would have them the same as Axe Fx II, Axe Fx III, FM9 and FM3.
 
Anyone else know why my new computer is not connecting to FX8? Never had issue till now. ugh!
 
Did you try different USB cables? Different ports on the computer?

Are you using a hub?

How long is your cable?
