Curious about the user IR, since that's a big part of the overall tone...

This recording shows how much killer chops can do. The tone is not an exact Eric match, but it doesn't matter. The chops are there and the tone is good.

Totally missed that... I saw this post, where I got the impression it was a custom IR because he said "user ir", which in hindsight makes sense:

I tried to capture a bit of Eric "thing" in my tone, it wasn't an attempt to copy his sound 1:1

JB Strat -> 4knob tube drive -> plexi 100w hi -> Ownhammer 412 MAR-CB M75+H75 OH1F-04 -> lots of delay
