Need some help with reamping....

I use Windows 8 uad Apollo and cubase 8. The problem is when I change in the ''VST audio system''the
''Asio driver" into "fas USB audio asio driver " I don't have sound of the project .the faders seems to be working properly but I don't have sound.i tried to reamp something and worked fine.to hear it must change the asio back to the Apollo .its weird ....as you probably understand the problem is only in the monitoring with
Axe fx asio.i instaled drivers restart everything ...please if you have any ideas???thank you for your time..

I don't know anything about Cubase, but in the past when I couldn't figure out usb reamping I would just run another out to the rear input and reamp analogue. I think it sounds the same. Now I'm using digital reamping thanks to shasha's post
