Need Carling switch for FX1

One of the Carling switches (110-PBM-OFF) on my Axess FX1 midi controller has failed. I need to get a replacement. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to get one of these... or a direct replacement? It's the one with the PCB thru-hole mount not the side solder lugs.

I've tried contacting Mario but the email I have for him doesn't work any longer.

I checked out Mouser and a few other big time electronics places. None of the ones I checked keep this one in stock. I'd have to special order it. Mouser wants $25 for it! I may end up getting the one with the side-mounted solder terminals from Small Bear and then running some wires to the solder pads if I can't find a direct replacement at a reasonable cost.
