Went with a friend to the National Guitar Exhibit in the Fort Worth Science and Technology Museum today. It was awesome. Great exhibit. Lots of cool stuff to see, including the world's largest playable guitar (see photo). It is a Flying V (of course).

There were the usual Fenders, Gibbys, Gretch, etc. and the more unusual Vox Phantom, Dan Armstrong, Guitorgan, PRS Dragon, etc.

A trip to the museum is highly recommended.thumb_IMG_0478_1024.jpg

No but that is sweet! They had a Les Paul, and the write up on that indicated the connection between the Les Paul, and the SG. It mentioned famous SG players with a nod to Angus. I did leave with a serious Jones for a White Falcon. Went home and took a cold shower.

Yeah it's odd , but I kinda like it too. Lol
Falcon , like as in Gretch ?
Yes. The awesome White Falcon. There was a White Falcon on display. It was mint, and just dazzling. I have never been one for glitz, but that White Falcon made me want to wear rhinestones and silk and whip out my best twang chops. YeeeeHawww.
