Name time out, and gig coming up

I already had it months ago with the rj45 cable, but it still worked when I used the MFC with its adapter and a midi cable. But now, days before a gig, I get Name timeout all the time, even that way.

Any MFC owners in the vicinity of Antwerp who would be willing to lend me theirs for saturday?

What is this name timeout business? I hear that mentioned all the time around here. Just started gigging with the AxeFx and MFC and this concerns me. What happens and what is the solution when it does happen? Don't want to run into some situation where I ruin a show.

It's a communication error between the Axe and the MFC. Sometimes it can be solved by a reset, but I'll have to send the whole lot in to get it checked. Mine doesn't even work with a midi cable anymore. So, the gig last night was a tough one, changing presets and scenes. MIstakes were made.
