He had a long 3 minute thing going on then they told them that it had to be 30 or 60 seconds. So these kids got to say what they need to say in a short amount of time. I hope he wins (of course I'm the dad) this kid is very talented and needs a boost like this.

No. This is a high school (state wide) contest. This is just one of the many Technical facets that these kids will be competing in. (Texas Student Technology)
