My FC-12 doesn't boot sometimes

Hello,
this has happened a few times that when switching on the axe fx III, the FC12 does not boot like it should.Non of the color lights go on and everything is blank.

After rebooting it then works.
Anybody having the same issue?

Did you try a different cable? That fixed another users problem.

It is a brand new cable that came with the FC12 from G66.
But I will try other cables

I tried other cables but the problem doesn't go away and it happens often.
I think I better contact support.
