My Axe is possessed!

Thanx, but it´s not the solution of my problem. I´m using the factory preset like it is, no tweaking but the distortion is still there, even with single coil on my stratocaster. Since a few days the AXE sounds bad ass before that this issue was appeared only sometimes. I will create an own post and hope someone could help. Maybe my AXE is broken.

It's sounding like some amp tweaking to me...nothing more than that. Can you compare using Axe edit, old F/W & presets vs new? I am sure it's in the advanced amp settings...like motor drive perhaps

yes but not in the ampblock, in the global menu I decrease 4K,8K and 16K because this issues is audible in every preset. This makes it bearable. But I will test it as you decribed, thank you.

But why was this behavior in the beginning only a few times and now constantly and why are all presets affected? Thank you for your answer.
