For two weeks 
Since I've received them, I've been tweaking my presets and was quite happy with the result.
I've compared them to my LEM T4MA's - which are also coaxials and sounded quite good compared to the more expensive RCF's.
And today I went to see my friend, who's a keyboard player, to jam a little.
Ho got a new Kurzweil ad it sounded quite fabulous.
Then I suggested we both play through the Atomics.
Man, were we in for a surprise...
We were engulfed in the sound.
It sounded full without being too loud.
The Kurzweil sounds sounded full, rich and deep.
Every detail was there. My friend said he tried lots of different systems, but never heard the detail he heard through the Atomics.
And for those wondering if the CLR's can handle bass well...
It went from thundering lows to screaming highs...
When it was time to leave, my friend, knowing we were going on a holiday for two weeks, asked (almost begged) me if I would leave the Atomics at his place.
So, that's why my Atomics are gone for two weeks
And if you know of any keyboard players looking for the perfect amplification...
Look no further.
Atomic CLR is the way to go.
BTW, did I mention I've never been more pleased with my sound?
Well here you have it.
But since I couldn't be sure if it was because of the new Axe-Fx firmware, I had to make sure and check with the keyboards.
But I'm sure FW10.0 makes a big difference for me as I checked that with my trusted B&W's.
