I understand the master volume location pre / post phase inverter (enough to be dangerous but that's about it lol)
But what does putting the master volume location Pre-Triode do?
I picture it like a third preamp gain control:
Input Drive -> Overdrive -> Pre-Triode MV -> Power Amp
Where the MV affects the gain of the last one or two triodes in the preamp?
And where in the virtual circuit is this in relation to a "Mid" position tone stack location?
