Sheesh just listened back to that and realized how my timing was off with the track...lol. Ah well. You guys are too nice.
Let's call it an offset problem with Logic Pro, eh?

Ok, happier now. Off to sail the pacific for a bit. I won't keep on with this but the "listen to yourself the next morning" reality made me try some more. Take 7 or so...and figured out that Logic was adjusting the tempo on the backing track which is why I never locked in to the hi-hat in the track. Lol.
