Implemented Modifieres assign to FS

I would like to have ability to assign few modifiers, X/Y etc to any FS (think Boss... or even Line 6).

Working on some presets tonight, I now 'get' this request. For me, it was wishing I could assign a modifier switch to one of the F switches (either short or long press), which would stop me from having to carry 2 external switches (I use them for reverb and delay hold).
