Bug? Modifier (LFO) disconnected after MIDI Clock is received

I'm noticing that controls with an LFO modifier assigned are lost when the Axe-FX receives MIDI Clock information from Logic Pro X.

Axe-Edit 3.1
Axe-FX II XL 15.07
Logic Pro X 10.0.7

STEPS:
1. launch Axe-Edit and load a preset with an LFO assigned (e.g., 231 - Choral Canyon)
2. click on the MultiDelay and notice the "Master Frequency" has an LFO assignment and is moving
3. load a Logic Pro X project and set the input / output to the Axe-FX
4. check the MIDI settings in Preferences > MIDI > SYNC (tab) > MIDI Sync Project Settings... (button at bottom right)
- my settings (which I believe are the default) have "MIDI Clock > Destination 1" going to "ALL"
5. play a track for a few seconds in in Logic Pro X
- notice the MIDI In light on the Axe-FX will light up
6. stop playback in Logic Pro and observe the Axe-Edit window
- the "Please Wait ... Communicating" message will appear
- after this, the LFO assignment to "Master Frequency" will be gone
7. Refresh the preset (Preset > Refresh) in Axe-Edit to restore the LFO assignment

If I disable "Transmit MIDI Clock" in my Logic preferences, this problem does not occur.

I'm glad I figured this out - it was bothering me for two reasons 1) I kept losing my LFO assignments, 2) the "Please wait..." bar was appearing every time I switched between Logic and Axe-Edit.

I would have expected the MIDI Clock to turn into a tempo setting as stated in the manual.

WORKAROUND: disable MIDI Clock output in Logic Pro X.
