Modifier calibration problem

For some reason my wah is sticking at the top of its motion in the Axe Fx.

When the pedal moves from maximum to minimum, the Axe is not recognizing this and remaining on maximum.

Go to Setup->I/O->Pedal and check the pre-cal and post-cal graphs. You may just need to calibrate your pedal or there maybe something wrong with the pedal or cable.

Or maybe you've got the modifier assigned to the wrong source.

Had to recalibrate twice but seems to be working now.
