Wish Modifier attachment to the Amp block 'Balance' parameter

I use this once in a while to select between the Left and/or Right IR in a Stereo Cab block, via a Scene Controller. Kept me from having to use Cab X/Y.

There are other ways to accomplish this if needed, but I thought that I'd ask.
