We are floored and flattered by the absolutely incredible number of people who have signed up for the FM9 waitlist.

The resulting rapid-fire, identical, auto-reply messages from our IP, however, have caused some sensitivity in the anti-spam systems of certain mail servers on the receiving end. (This despite perfectly appropriate DNS and DKIM on our side!) The result is that some successful wait list requests have not been accompanied by an auto-reply.

If this happened to you, don't panic: if you did NOT get a message from your mail system or ours with the word "UNDELIVERABLE", then we received your request and there is no need to re-send your waitlist email.

We're told that such blocks "expire naturally," but not when. Meanwhile, our mail provider is trying to get things cleared up using back channels*.
If you are having this problem and want to help resolve it, contact your mail provider and complain to them that they are blocking legitimate emails that you want to receive from waitlist@fractalaudio.com via 146.20.86.8

It is also possible that adding @fractalaudio.com to your safe senders list will help, but we believe the problem is at a higher level than local spam filters.

NOTE: While we discourage it, no one is ever "booted" from the list for sending multiple requests. We simply de-dupe the list and keep the earliest entry.

* "Our Leadership, Anti-abuse, and Postmaster teams have been partnering with the affected recipient mail hosts and our internal reporting has shown improvements in deliverability, however, we are continuing to work towards full remediation of this issue."
