MIDI communicaton between Axe Fx IIXL and LF JR+

Trying to figure out a bigger system of having an iPad, (with band helper/Frac Pad in the mix) but for now I'm wondering if it's possible to get the JR+ and Axe Fx IIXL to achieve two way communication...

I step on the JR+ and the Axe follows but when I change Presets in the Axe, (and press Enter) the JR+ doesn't change. I have an FAMC phantom box in between the two units (it has hookups for 7pin phantom power for cable to the JR+ and MIDI In/MIDI Out ports hooked up to the 7 pin, (I imagine).

Does anyone know if this is possible?

For those interested....
In LF+ Editor Version 4.70
Click "Global" Button up top
Under "External Device Sync Items"
Turn on the "Allow Ext Device Force changes" switch and that should work...

Does the tuner work on lfoot? Think you need to enable 2 way communication iirc. Or something to that extent. I had issues with my lfoot 12+ with some patch names not showing up in that mode. It was random and I turned it off eventually.
