Well, I guess someone didn't like my comment or something cause they closed the thread...here's the link to the eBay auction I was referring to:

Is this not Fractal Audio on eBay? The screenname is Fractalworldwide and it says the unit ships from Fractal Audio, and that it is the last one in stock...Shute makes it sound like them...unless it's a distributor making themselves sound like Fractal Audio direct...

Anyway, this was the auction I was referring to...

It doesn't say it is shipping from fractal? The seem to be from California. Fractal is on the other side of the country. Fractal doesn't sell direct abroad either. Last one in stock may refer to their stock.
 
The ebay seller is not Fractal Audio Systems.

We understand your frustration. We get it. Stop complaining here. It won't get you an Axe-Fx any more quickly.
