MFC-101 Tuner when not in AXE-FX mode?

Fractal Fanatic
You cant. The MFC needs to be in Axe mode to allow 2 way communications - which are needed for thoses functions.

However, you can run the MFC in Axe Mode - but turn all the IA functions to "none" (as opposed to "drive 1" or "delay 1") which basically makes them work the same way they do in NON Axe Mode.

That way you still get Tap and Tuner functions, still get auto patch naming - but have the flexibility to probram your buttons in the same way you do in non axe mode. IMO its the best way of running the MFC with an Axe-FX if you need more "customisable" switching and MIID commands.
