MFC-101 Mk III fw 3.0.9PB LED status question

I have a question with respect to effect status LEDs. On some presets, one I made and some factory presets I see green status LED on for effects that aren't even in any blocks. For example I may see green for Delay on a preset with no delay block in preset. If I select it via delay IA button on MFC it stays green which I guess makes sense since there is no delay block in it but my question why is it displayed at all?
