MFC-101 Mark ll and Axe-Fx 3

So my question is is that I am getting ready to check out of the purchase page for the three I’ve been with fas since day one I have a mark two and ultra , I use the mfc like a traditional pedal board , Bank up and down through patches my understanding is it will work with the three however I have not seen tutorials what will the mfc do and not do. I so love the mfc...... any insight Would be appreciated

Using the MFC-101 with the AxeFXIII will have some limitations and will have to be programmed to use MIDI. It will work, just not ideal. Getting something like https://midimonkeys.com/ will help tremendously if you have no desire to move away from the MFC-101.
