Here´s a video showing the issue:
I played a gig with the MFC-101 Mark III and all of a sudden the display dipped to about 2/10 on screen brightness and it´s almost impossible to read.
When I turn it off and on, the display that says Fractal Audio shines bright and clear, but right after when the preset loads, the display dips to about 2/10 on screen brightness and I can't see anything when I stand up.
I tried updating it using fractal bot, with no luck. I also opened up the device, the power looks fine and the connections looks fine. However when I flip the MFC-101 upside down, the screen shines bright again, 10/10. But then when I flip it around again the screen dips again. Also whenever I switch presets the screen flicker, and when vibrations hit the board or when I give it a little bump with my feet. Has anybody experienced this and have a solution for it?
Our sound guy recommend I order a new screen for it. Any help would be appreciated though to solve this issue.
