Metronome won't work

Hi

I am Running 11.0, I hit tempo on the hardware, I then go to output 2 because thats how I have my monitors setup. I increase the metronome volume and nothing is coming out of my monitors.Does it matter I have it connected via SPIDIF to my focusrite? Output on SPIDIF is also set to 2. Thanks

Dont see why it wouldnt work to be honest. Did you try turning the USB / DIGITAL dial in the Metronome Volume?

yea tried them all. im thinking it might be because im going through the focusrite via spdif but not sure.

I'm also hooked up via S/PDIF to a Focusrite interface. It was as easy as turning up the dial. May as well mention it's not super loud, tho...

I think I see the problem. That film over the display is muting the click.

Here's a link on how to make your own metronome quickly with a Synth & PanTrm block. You can turn it on/off with a footswitch and/or control the volume with a pedal.

So that was the key. The metronome only works if its on output one. I had it on output 2. Thank You
