Haha, nice to see them laughing at themselves. I've never found Metallica to be arrogant or diva-ish. Great band.

The Daly reference was funnier. They hit him with a double edged sword:

#1 Daly has recorded two albums and 'Talica could be poking fun at his music ability thus offering up their own theme song....
#2 During the part where he says "you guys know this is for golf right?" they're playing Battery. John was charged with assault and battery on his 2nd wife. (appropriate theme song? or inappropriate?)

I'm not saying that wife battery is funny in any way, I'm just saying that everyone may interpret their own correlation.

I guess they also could have gone the route of "whiskey in the jar" or "sweet amber" but that may have been a too obvious stab.

I love sports center, usually love those commercials, used to love metallica, but this just fell short, meh. I also feel bad for S. Scott getting very thin, he has I think metastatic colon cancer. :blue:
