Metallica tonematches/patches extravaganza v3.0! (FW15.03)

Grabbed these and they are really fun! Makes me want to jam along to all their records even though I've never been a big Metallica fan. I found myself using the Black Album presets, chugging along yelling to my Girlfriend - "HEY, (hey), CLEAN THE CAT, CLEAN THE DIRT CAT BOX NOW"

So for that, thank you.
 
Any possibility there are AX8 owners in this thread that have had these files sent to them in block format? I was hoping to get something as a starting point and tweak them from there.

Not well, IMHO. I had saved a number of them to my bank A and have tried to tweak them over FW updates but now, by the Q2 timeframe, the base models (esp the Marks) have drifted way too far for them to be usable out of the gate. You are better off resetting the amps and rolling your own amp settings without the TM blocks, alot of them have substantial EQ too. Some of the FX and signal chains may be useful for a base template but they are definitely not a straight import.

They were utterly amazeballs on the FW they were implemented under, though.
