Hey Guys,

wanted to share a track from my upcoming album with you. I recorded bass and guitars with the axe fx II. I went for a Meshuggah like rythm tone and the bass is slightly distorted. Drums are all Superior Drummer 2.0.

I'd classify this more as Djent than Melodeath, but maybe I'm just getting old and have listened to too much Arch Enemy and In Flames.

The tones sounded great if a bit phasey, nice composition overall though. Mixing could use some work, there's something that feels off, I think it's just how phasey the IR you're using is.

Bass tone is cool, drums tone is alright too.
