MCF-101 + FCB 1010

Yes, but I do not think it will help in the preset department Stock the fcb is pretty tough to get over 128 presets.

I want to use the FCB footswitch for controller (wha, whammy) and use 1-10 for EFX with drivers, chorus, phase, etc...
The MFC-101 I want to use for preset change and scenes. How to proceed?

connect midi out of fcb to midi in on axe fx (if using fas link or expansion with mfc) or to the midi in on the mfc. there maybe a midi through setting on the mfc (I cant remember). program the fcb to do as you want it to do.
 
I have only used my fcb as a remote volume and wah. I had it plugged midi out to axe fx midi in and my mfc was connected with fas link. That worked fine, I did try some scene and stomp changes, which did work but the switch lights did not react as I had expected.
