thanks! I've been thinking about getting a couple of those. These will help me decide.

one question, do the really clean, shimmery patches sound nice and clear in these speakers?
That would be a deciding factor for me, I think...

i think so...for me clean are more important than gainy stuff...i had before NL12 a fender speaker with some celestion speakers...dont remember anymore.
but NL12 sounds better...
