Closed Markdown editor to save block channel notes (Mockup included)

I would love to have the possibility to save notes in blocks per channel.
Right now, i have an extra doc with notes (some things i discovered in an amp/reverb/delay, specifics about settings, versions, ...).
This document-approach is quite messy, because i need to structure the doc per preset - and if a share presets with my band buddy, i need to share those docs. If i edit stuff in the rehearsal room, i need to remember those edits or need to update my doc online, and so on ...
A simple fix for this would be the option to have a (quite common) markdown editor to structure text data:

Personal notes are great, but especially if you share presets and would like to add a few notes/instruction ... this would be awesome!

But @hippietim requested a name/value structured list, my markdown editor request is another approach and would allow more freedom.
