Wish Make scene ignore channel independent

Actually when I use scene ignore on FM3, it will force the same channel on all scenes. Making scene ignore channel independent would make it possible to use different channels for different scenes keeping scene ignore 'on'.

Just turn on 'scene ignore' for all four channels in the block and it'll do that for you.
