Mackie 1531hd users please, a question!

Hello friends!

someone switchs from power tube amp and traditional cabs to mackie 1531 hd? .....

the sound is really there? ... all the monitors I've tried not come close to what I have with my set up ... but I read good comments about the Mackies...

Ok, I don't have the 1531 but the 1221. It sounds amazing. Seriously if it doesn't sound good to you then you are doing something wrong. Tweak the settings a bit and make sure cab sims are on and pick a mic you like the sound of. Bam, awesome tone and you can tweak for the rest of your life if you wanted. I think the 1221 is plenty loud but I guess if you want more bass then get the bigger one.

As it was discussed before the 12" is better for the guitar tone than the 15".
