Luthier in Nor California

any of you guys know of a good Luthier in the Sacramento area? The guy I had been using in Rocklin retired so now I'm on the hunt for a good one to replace my old guy.

I think Gary Brawer is worth the drive to San Francisco, personally. But I'm not coming from as far away as Sacramento.

Yeah driving into the city is a goo 90 min with no traffic. So could end up being 2-3 hours with traffic.

I was going to recommend Gary but figured it was too far...

I've been doing my own minimal setup for years, so I don't really have anyone else to recommend.

@RonnyV - what about that guy you know in Sacramento? Dave something? Does he do electrics or only acoustic?

I thought that too. No be definitely does electric stuff too. He's great. Much better than that other guy.

Yea Woody is a good guy. He will bend your ear for a while. When you are there ask him about some of his old story's working with some popular rock guys back in the day...
