I have a Melting Delays preset that I use regularly as a big ambient reverb.
In order to have a shorter/longer sound I usually assign a CS to the DECAY TIME. But this time I saw there is a MASTER TIME as well. Then I tried this one.
I don't know why but this master time differs from the decay time control and it added some different textures to the decay sound. A more "vocal" like tone... similar to the Strymon Bluesky in some settings.
I dialed in a specific value and the result I had is very good in my opinion.
Am I imagining?
Here is the Block if you want to try.
OBS: Plex Block in Parallel.
edit: added a clip. Sorry for the pops and sloppy playing...
