After the release of 16.02 and the new modeling, the Plexis are just Holy Shit!

So I thought I would honor one of my favorite rhythm guitarist with a Tone Clone. It will be sad not seeing him on tour this year with the band.

The left channel of the studio recording contains mostly Mal with Angus being on the right side. Mal's tone is generally brighter with much less gain.

No tone match block just amp, cab, reverb and PEQ to compensate for the mix eq. Use the PEQ for recording or playing with the track but I turn it off for live stuff. It puts all those chewy mids back in the tone and for live you really gotta have them.

Match is on the left channel, Angus and the rest of the guys (minus Mal) are on the right channel. Enjoy!

Oh sorry I completely forgot to mention that. I've only had my XL a few weeks. Totally spaced

It's too bad there isn't some form of conversion that can be done between the II and the XL.

Damn... Why can't we upgrade just the memory or something in our old axe fx 2. For way less money than sell and buy an XL.
